There
is no substitute for hearing first hand the reactions of your target
market. Many of our clients find that they benefit enormously from

allow for the frank exchange of views in a dynamic and reactive environment.
Participants openly debate a subject and give their opinions, which
can be questioned. We normally run groups from a local hotel in an
appropriate geographical location. We provide the recruitment of suitable
participants, the organisation of the venue, prepare the checklist
of topics to be discussed, run the groups and prepare a report of the
proceedings. We
have a very high attendance rate, normally in excess of 75% of those
agreeing to attend. Groups normally consist of 8-10 participants, an
ideal number for a good discussion. We
also run product trials – where products are applied and tested,
and views of tradesmen are sought, perhaps in a ‘blind’ trial
where the identities of products are not given. Please
